Oat Raisin Loaf
A hearty oat raisin loaf with sweet honey and nuts, perfect for breakfast or snack. Moist, flavorful, and easy to prepare in just over an hour.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the bottom only of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Pour boiling water over oats in a large bowl; stir until moistened.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients: Bisquick, raisins, chopped nuts, honey, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 to 50 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes after baking.
- Loosen sides of the loaf from the pan.
- Cool completely before slicing.
