  4. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onions, celery, and green pepper until tender.
  5. Add the cooked beef back into the skillet, along with paprika and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
  6. Add the undrained canned tomatoes, pulverized or mashed.
  7. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes to blend flavors.
