  • 1 cup thinly sliced okra
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
