- Combine bread crumbs and poultry seasoning and toss together.
- Melt butter in a skillet; add diced celery and onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Beat eggs slightly; add milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the sautéed onion and celery to the bread crumbs mixture.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Stir well and pour into a greased pan sprayed with Pam.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
