Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 stick butter, browned
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in order and pour into an uncooked pie shell.
  2. Dust with remaining nutmeg, if desired.
  3. Bake at 350°F until set, about 30 minutes.
