Ingredients

  • 7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, diced
  • 1/4 cup cheese, diced
  • 1 small sweet pickle, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup French dressing

Instructions

  1. Drop the elbow macaroni into rapidly boiling water and boil until tender.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients with macaroni.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and French dressing.
  6. Pour the dressing mixture over the macaroni and vegetables.
  7. Toss lightly until thoroughly mixed.
  8. Chill again in the refrigerator before serving.
