Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Blend butter and sugar; beat in eggs and milk.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and gradually add to the egg mixture.
  3. Stir in walnuts.
  4. Turn into a greased 9-inch round pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool the cake; frost with White Satin Icing.
