Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cake flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large can Pet milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, cake flour, cornstarch, and cocoa together.
  2. Melt the margarine.
  3. Add the eggs, coconut, and chopped pecans to the melted margarine.
  4. Combine the mixture with the dry ingredients.
  5. Add the Pet milk last and mix well.
  6. Pour the batter into pie crusts and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
