Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarsely chopped raw peanuts
  • 1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Spread the coarsely chopped raw peanuts on a large glass or pie plate.
  2. Microwave on high for 7 minutes or until nuts are lightly toasted, stirring every 2 minutes.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes, stirring every minute; set aside.
