Olive Curry Rounds are savory, cheesy appetizers with a hint of curry and seasonings, perfect for parties and gatherings, offering a flavorful bite in every piece.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ripe olives, chopped
  • 2/3 cup thinly chopped onion
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent (seasoning)
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • French rolls or Pepperidge Farms party rye thin rounds

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Slice French rolls thin if using and allow to dry overnight.
  3. Turn over and spread the olive mixture onto the slices.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
  5. To freeze, spread the mixture on the slices, freeze on cookie sheets, then store in freezer bags.
  6. If frozen, bake for 10 to 12 minutes before serving.
