- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
- Slice French rolls thin if using and allow to dry overnight.
- Turn over and spread the olive mixture onto the slices.
- Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
- To freeze, spread the mixture on the slices, freeze on cookie sheets, then store in freezer bags.
- If frozen, bake for 10 to 12 minutes before serving.
