A hearty one-dish casserole combining seasoned ground beef, vegetables, creamy soup, and crispy Tater Tots, perfect for comforting family dinners and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 2 c. peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 c. Tater Tots
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with onion and green pepper, then drain the grease.
  2. Place the hot meat mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Top with peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, grated cheese, and Tater Tots.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, optionally with rolls.
