Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. pork
  • 1/2 lb. beef
  • 1/2 lb. veal
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 medium size can peas and juice
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 4 Tbsp. La Choy sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • salt (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Cube the pork, beef, and veal and brown them together with the onion.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the browned meat mixture.
  3. Mix everything well in a casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1.5 hours until cooked through and flavors meld.
