One Good Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or margarine ⓘ
- 1 tsp. soda ⓘ
- 2 1/2 c. blended oatmeal (measure and blend in blender to a fine powder)
- 1 c. brown sugar ⓘ
- 1 (4 oz.) Hershey bar, grated ⓘ
- 1 tsp. baking soda ⓘ
- 1 tsp. vanilla ⓘ
- 2 c. flour ⓘ
- 1 c. sugar ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 2 eggs (can use egg whites) ⓘ
Instructions
- Cream butter and both sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda.
- Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts.
- Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
