Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 6 lean pork chops
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 cup beef broth or 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the pork chops in oil.
  2. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Peel and thinly slice the onion.
  4. Saute the onion in the skillet until translucent.
  5. Mix in the flour and prepared mustard with the onions.
  6. Add the beef broth and cook for 5 minutes to form the sauce.
