Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In 2 tablespoons oil, lightly brown hamburger, celery, and onions.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, uncooked rice, and soy sauce.
  3. Mix well and cover the dish.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Cover with chow mein noodles and serve.
