Oriental Pork Casserole

Instructions
- Roll the pork in flour and brown in oil over low to medium heat. Drain.
- Set aside the browned pork.
- Mix all other ingredients together: sliced celery, chopped onions, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, soy sauce, and uncooked rice.
- Add the mixture to the browned pork in the casserole dish.
- Pour into a greased long casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°F.
