Oriental Pork Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cubed pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 to 3 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice

Instructions

  1. Roll the pork in flour and brown in oil over low to medium heat. Drain.
  2. Set aside the browned pork.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together: sliced celery, chopped onions, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, soy sauce, and uncooked rice.
  4. Add the mixture to the browned pork in the casserole dish.
  5. Pour into a greased long casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°F.
