Oriental Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. canned shrimp, drained
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. oleo
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped celery, onion, and bell pepper until soft.
  2. Add chopped mushrooms and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Mix all ingredients together except the cracker crumbs.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of melted oleo.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot on crackers.
