A flavorful Oriental steak marinade with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and vinegar, perfect for grilling flank steak with a savory, slightly sweet Asian-inspired taste.

Ingredients

  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Pour over steak.
  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Drain steak, reserving marinade.
  5. Baste steak with marinade while grilling.
