Serving Suggestions

This antipasto buffet makes for a perfect appetizer or light meal, especially alongside crusty bread or crackers. Consider pairing it with a light white wine or sparkling water infused with citrus. It can also serve as a delightful starter for a Mediterranean-themed dinner, complementing dishes like Leg Of Lamb With Garlic.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the dressing separate to maintain the freshness of the ingredients. To refresh the salad before serving, lightly toss the ingredients and add a splash of olive oil or vinegar if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I prepare this antipasto platter in advance?

Yes, you can prepare the ingredients a few hours ahead. However, it's best to assemble the platter right before serving to keep the lettuce fresh and crisp. Store the cut vegetables and cheeses in the fridge separately until you're ready to arrange them on the platter.

What dressing pairs well with this antipasto buffet?

A simple vinaigrette made with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper complements the flavors beautifully. You can also serve a creamy dressing, like a garlic aioli, on the side for those who prefer a richer option.

How can I customize the ingredients in this recipe?

Feel free to swap out ingredients based on your preferences or what you have on hand. You can use different types of cheese, add roasted red peppers, or include marinated mushrooms. This dish is versatile, allowing you to tailor it to your taste or dietary needs.
