Instructions
- Brown the sausage; drain well.
- Remove bread crusts and cube the bread slices.
- In a bowl, stir milk, salt, dry mustard, and chopped green chiles into beaten eggs.
- Spread the bread cubes in a well-greased 9 x 12-inch dish; pour in the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
- Layer chopped green onions, crumbled sausage, and shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Uncover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
