Instructions

  1. Pierce each frankfurter several times with a fork, then place in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine flour and water in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add catsup, chopped onion, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the flour mixture, stirring well.
  4. Pour the sauce over the frankfurters.
  5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
