Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and drained corkscrew macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes with juice
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the French fried onions in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, top with French fried onions, and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
