Sweet, gooey overnight rolls with butterscotch and cinnamon flavors, topped with nuts, perfect for a comforting breakfast or brunch treat that requires minimal morning prep.

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 small box regular butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Place unthawed dinner rolls in an angel food or Bundt pan and sprinkle with dry pudding mix.
  2. Bring butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a boil.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture over the rolls and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Let rise overnight on the counter.
  6. In the morning, bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Invert the pan onto a plate and let sit for 5 minutes before removing the pan.
