Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 lb. frozen or fresh peas
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the lettuce, cauliflower, onion, and peas in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the Miracle Whip and sugar until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Top the salad with shredded cheese and bacon bits before serving.
