Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 cube margarine
  • 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 large cream cheese
  • 2 small vanilla instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Crumble together the flour, chopped nuts, and margarine; pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F until light brown; then cool.
  3. Mix powdered sugar, half of the Cool Whip, and cream cheese; spread over the cooled crust.
  4. Prepare vanilla instant pudding according to package instructions and spread on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top for garnish.
