Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls chopped scallions
  • 2 handfuls chopped onions
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 handfuls sliced celery
  • 2 handfuls chopped cabbage
  • 3 to 4 pork chops, meat cut up
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 pound rice noodles
  • 3/4 cup shrimp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry chopped scallions, chopped onions, and minced garlic in oil.
  2. Add sliced celery, chopped cabbage, and meat from pork chops; simmer until cooked, about 20 minutes.
  3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, about 5 to 10 minutes; drain.
  4. Add cooked rice noodles to the vegetable and meat mixture.
  5. Add shrimp (optional) and soy sauce to taste, then toss to combine.
