Ingredients

  • parmesan cheese
  • onion
  • minute rice
  • margarine
  • chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in margarine until translucent.
  2. Add minute rice and continue to saute until rice is slightly golden.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes until moisture is absorbed.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
