Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked carrots
  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 egg yolks beaten
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Force the chicken, carrots, and peas through a food grinder.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place the mixture in a greased loaf pan or ring mold.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes until the loaf is firm.
