Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 pound cooked, crumbled bacon
  • chopped lettuce
  • croutons

Instructions

  1. Marinate the cauliflower, broccoli, and chopped onion in mayonnaise, sugar, Parmesan, and basil overnight.
  2. Before serving, add cooked, crumbled bacon, chopped lettuce, and croutons to the salad.
  3. Toss gently to combine and serve.
