Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) natural Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of cayenne
  • dash of salt
  • finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add pimentos, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cayenne, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Chill the mixture for 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Shape the chilled mixture into a ball.
  6. Roll the cheese ball into finely chopped pecans to coat.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
