Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 6 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, onions, green peppers, fresh mushrooms, celery)
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) thin spaghetti, broken into 1-inch lengths

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown sausage and ground beef; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and sauté until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in undiluted condensed tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, tomato sauce, chili powder, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and gently stir to mix all ingredients.
