Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 package egg noodles
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef, bell pepper, and onion in a skillet until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
  2. Drain off excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Cook egg noodles according to package directions and drain.
  4. In a large casserole dish, mix cooked beef mixture with cooked egg noodles.
  5. Add tomato soup and grated Velveeta cheese to the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
