Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of oregano
  • pinch of basil
  • pinch of parsley
  • pinch of celery salt
  • 4 cans water (12 oz. cans)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. cooked pasta
  • 2 cans Great Northern white beans

Instructions

  1. On low heat, fry garlic in oil until lightly browned.
  2. Add tomato paste, water, and seasonings (black pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, celery salt).
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Cook pasta separately according to package instructions.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and beans, then top with Parmesan cheese.
