Ingredients

  • 1 lb. noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. basil, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until tender; drain and rinse.
  2. In a blender, mix herbs, garlic, oil, and cottage cheese; liquify to make sauce.
  3. Add sauce to the cooked pasta and gently heat while stirring.
  4. Serve immediately.
