Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Cook onion and ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until the onion is soft and the turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Add tomato sauce and spices (cinnamon, oregano, nutmeg, salt, pepper).
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
