Ingredients
- 3 lb. boiled shrimp, peeled and deveined ⓘ
- 2 large bottles Wish-Bone Italian dressing
- 1 large head raw cauliflower, broken into flowerets ⓘ
- 1 pkg. carrots, peeled and cut into chunks ⓘ
- 4 (6 oz.) cans button mushrooms ⓘ
- 3 large cans plain artichoke hearts ⓘ
- 2 large jars cooked onions (small whole onions) ⓘ
- 1 pkg. celery, cut into bite size chunks ⓘ
- dill seed ⓘ
Instructions
- Put the boiled shrimp, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, cooked onions, and celery into a glass container.
- Pour Italian dressing over the vegetables and shrimp, ensuring everything is covered.
- Sprinkle generously with dill seed.
- Cover the container and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
