Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker crusts, 9 inch
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 to 7 medium peaches
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water.
  2. Add boiling water, salt, and lemon juice to the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved.
  3. Peel and slice peaches, then add sugar to the peaches and mix well.
  4. Combine whipping cream with the cooled gelatin mixture and fold in the peaches.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crusts.
  6. Refrigerate until set before serving.
