Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can sliced peaches
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. allspice
  • 3 cups Stove Top stuffing chicken flavor

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches, reserving the syrup.
  2. Add water to the syrup to make 1 cup and set aside.
  3. Brown the chicken breasts in hot oil in a skillet.
  4. Add the water-syrup mixture, margarine, sugar, vinegar, and allspice to the skillet.
  5. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the stuffing mix and peaches, then remove from heat.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
