- 2 cups chicken broth ⓘ
- 6 cups cubed cooked chicken ⓘ
- 1/2 cup peas ⓘ
- 1 Pillsbury prepared pie crust ⓘ
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, quartered ⓘ
- 2 small carrots, peeled and sliced ⓘ
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add chopped onion and celery; cook until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook until thickened.

- Gradually stir in chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
