Ingredients

  • 1 quart sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch dish with graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Cream margarine, powdered sugar, and egg well.
  3. Spread the creamed mixture over the graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Arrange sliced peaches to cover the creamed mixture.
  5. Whip the cream until stiff and spread over the peaches.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  7. Place in refrigerator and chill overnight.
