- If using fresh peaches, immerse them in boiling water and blanch until skins start to split, about 1 minute.
- Immediately drain the peaches and cool them under cold running water.
- Peel off the skins and slice.
- Place the peaches, raspberries, milk or yogurt, lemon juice, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender.
- Process until smooth, about 20 to 30 seconds.
- Pour into 4 glasses.
