Ingredients

  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  2. Beat eggs in a bowl; add sugar, melted margarine, lemon juice, and grated lemon rind.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the peaches in the pie shell.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until the custard is set.
