Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
