Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Beat the first six ingredients (white corn syrup, honey, chunky peanut butter, softened butter, salt, vanilla) together until blended.
  2. Add sifted confectioners sugar to the mixture to form a stiff dough.
  3. Knead the dough with hands to blend well.
  4. Knead in the chopped peanuts.
  5. Press the mixture into a well buttered 8-inch square pan and cool.
  6. Cut into squares to serve.
