Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. frozen peas
  • 4 tomatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, sliced very thin
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut in pieces
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the frozen peas, tomatoes, onion, and broccoli together.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and buttermilk to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and mix well.
  4. Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Add peanuts before chilling, if desired.
