Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix grated Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, black pepper, grated onion, cayenne pepper, and milk well.
  2. Add finely chopped pecans to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log shape.
  4. Sprinkle finely chopped pecans on top of the log for garnish.
