Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. unsalted butter
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Mix softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the flour to form a pastry dough.
  4. Line tart tins with tartlet cups or pastry.
