Ingredients

  • 4 rainbow trout fillets
  • flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. pecans
  • 2 tsp. chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Lightly flour the trout fillets.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and fry the fillets over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Remove fish from pan and keep warm.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt 1/3 cup of butter and add the chopped pecans and chopped green onion.
  4. Stir until well blended.
  5. Pour the sauce over the trout fillets and serve.
