Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 can cream-style corn

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour into a hot, greased pan.
  3. To prevent sticking, sprinkle the bottom of the pan with cornmeal.
  4. Bake at 450° Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
