Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add beef and set aside.
- Add butter to skillet.
- Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
- Add sherry and boil 2 minutes.
- Add beef broth and cornstarch.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Add beef and heat 1 to 2 more minutes.
- Do not boil.
- Serve over noodles.
